We understand how hard it can be to stop smoking and can offer you free one-to-one or group support. A dedicated practitioner will support you to create a tailor-made plan. This will include working with you to set your quit date (the day you become smoke free for good), advice and information on how to manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms, and support to choose the stop smoking medication that is right for you.
This has been one of the best times I’ve had, to think that giving up smoking is hard. I found it very easy a lot of it was down to the encouragement from the staff and the environment they create. The best thing I’ve done in years.
